I discovered yoga over a decade ago, and it completely changed my life. I was working a stressful corporate job, and I was constantly feeling anxious and overwhelmed. A friend suggested I try a yoga class, and from the moment I stepped onto the mat, I felt a sense of calm and peace that I had never experienced before.
Yoga has taught me to be more present, mindful, and compassionate. It has helped me to connect with my body, mind, and spirit in a way that I never thought possible. My mission is to share the gift of yoga with as many people as possible, and to help them find the same sense of peace and well-being that I have found.
I am a certified yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training. I have studied with some of the most respected yoga teachers in the world, and I am constantly learning and growing as a teacher and a student. I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where students can explore their own yoga journey at their own pace.
